“Had several instances were I mistakenly sent the wrong amount and they were so responsive and fast with refunding the excess funds I have payed. It usually takes a month or two, but it didn't take a few hours with Kabayan Remit. So happy with their service, let alone their higher exhange rates compared to other apps.”

“Im happy for its convinent to use and a lil bit higher in exchange rate.I had a 1 time bad experience on my refunds that took couple of days before the gave my refund.”

“Wow! It’s my first time sending big amount of money to the Philippines STRESS FREE! As they are open during the weekend, I have time to comply with the requirements. “Sending remittance is fast and Kabayan remit seemed to have the highest exchange rate amongst the remittance platforms that I’ve tried. The only downside is the rewards program that they created. I don’t feel that it’s rewarding since the points expire so quickly. I had 400 points that expired and now I am almost losing 200 points. Points should never expire as long as the account is active. It should be a program that rewards loyal customers and not penalizing them by forfeiting the earned points for not being able to redeem them so quickly.”
