“Excellent service with prompt and secure delivery of well packaged goods. The disappointment was in the quality of the towels, I feel i paid for a name rather than a quality - my own fault I ordered in a hurry and didn't check the gsm, these don't feel like 550GSM , probably same quality as some supermarket towes. My adice would be to get a much greater GSM. Personally I wouldn't buy these ones again. These comments apply to all the towels I bought from the serene collection.”

“I love this store via the web. I've purchased many times before very happily. This time l thought I'd bought deep fitted sheets but as l have made a mistake l needed advice on returns. Excellent advice on the telephone. It will cost me the return postage but l will be more careful in the future. In fact, I'm planning a trip to Manchester later in the year and may divert to take in Dawsons in Clitheroe to see the store. It sounds great.”

“Ordered Christy bath towels, speedy delivery service, only problem was that one of the bath towels had a few pulls in the weave, clearly a fault. I emailed Just Linen, who, immediately replied with their apologies and stated that a replacement towel would be despatched immediately. Good customer services, thank you.”

“Sheets as expected, nice quality but a bit on the thin side. However,only 4* due to the overpowering, disgusting smell when unwrapped of fishiness/stagnant water. I notice made in Pakistan despite being uk brands. It has taken two washes to remove this prior to using.”

“Just linen is my return to website for bed linen. Always stock great brands in my case I adore Sheridan as we once lived in Australia and they are an Australian owned, although expensive seriously they last years.”

“We bought some Sheridan bed linen. Great quality and price. We only live 3 miles from the warehouse and 2 from the store in Clitheroe. We wish we could have click and collect as an option. It's more environmentally friendly than saves you a cost.”

“I ordered some towels on a Saturday afternoon, they were despatched the following Tuesday (it was a Bank Holiday weekend) and delivered Wednesday by my favourite couriers, DPD. The towels themselves are what you'd expect at this price point. Not massively soft and fluffy like the more expensive brands but at this price (£25.70 for a set of 10, including delivery) I can afford to replace them every year if need be (I'm sure they'll last longer than that though).”

“Was very pleased with duvet set purchased .Had an issue with DPD driver . Second time in a fortnight they sent text saying they would deliver and didn't then sent a text saying they'd attempted delivery but they had not .I was in all day.But Just Linen sorted it out and refunded delivery.”
