Just received my order. Very happy with the pillows BUT the quality of the Duvet set was very, very poor for the price. I had not looked it was 180 count because for the price I expected far better. Could get better in Primark! Unfortunately I will have to pay for return postage as when contacted they say it is my fault that it is poor quality. Their description should say a thin material some may prefer for Warmer weather. So I am very unlikely to order from them again

Vantona pillowcases not quality expected. Shoddy sewing, seams of pillowcases dreadful. Throw in the bin.

Stinky duvet cover smelt mould had to was twice to get smell out was terrible they refunded my postage won’t buy from them again warehouse needs sorting or they are very old stock

Ordered matching 400 TC Vantona sheets and disappointingly the sheets and pillow cases were not the same colour, but quite different. It was all resolved and I am waiting for the refund a few weeks after having returned them. Just a lot of hassle for something that should not have been sent to me in the first place.

Ordered Vossen Vienna towels twice now and each time have had to return. Very strong odour on both occasions - mould/chemical? A shame because I have often ordered from this company in the past, but probably wont be doing so again

Towels arrived all creased up, badly packed, and had an awful smell. The bath towels were a slightly different green to the hand towels. I did not return as I noticed I had to pay for postage, not happy at all, will not be ordering from you anymore.

I bought a coverless duvet which may have been lovely but it didn't arrive so I emailed to ask when it might come. No-one has responded as yet. I am still hopeful. 🤞

Hi this time I am not happy with my order because I haven’t received everything I have called many times but I am not getting any problems solve so please help me because it’s nearly £200.00 different and that’s too much money I can’t effort to this much money to pay without my order being sent to me

I ordered towels over 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for them to be delivered. I have contacted the courier and complained and now trying to chase this company for a refund which is proving very difficult.

Hi, unfortunately I didn’t receive the quilt cover as the delivery man put it into my blue bin and my neighbour emptied the bin as we were away overnight! When we arrived home I saw a note from the driver saying it was in blue bin. My neighbour wouldn’t have known to check for a parcel. The rating above was compulsory but it does not reflect the services of Just Linen.

The courier service you have contracted DPD are lousy and drivers are liars. They do not show up and blatantly lie about nobody being at home. It’s a shame. DPD very poor service…..They do not deliver DPD poor poor service

The 2 towels are ok but unfortunately they had a musty smell so I've had to wash them before I used them. I doubt I'd order towels from you again in the future as I didn't expect this. I'll get them from Primark in future. By the way, why offer cheap wine to someone buying towels? There's no connection between towels and wine. Also...you're called JustLinen so why are you even trying to sell cheap wine? Maybe your wine tastes musty. I'd upload a photo, as you requested, but unfortunately this isn't scratch and sniff.

So far not good. Order placed and paid for on 04.01.2023 but, despite delivery updates on 09.01, items have not yet been received by today's date, 14.01.

I've always had good service from Just Linens - quality of goods is excellent and delivery has been without a hitch. But this time - what a failure. I ordered goods on 2 December and DPD have rescheduled their delivery no fewer than 10 times. My parcel is sitting in a lorry at the DPD depot and it will remain there because of 'operational issues'. I know its Christmas and yes extra pressure is being put upon delivery services because of the Royal Mail strike. But come on - I live just four miles from the depot, I've been down there to try and get my parcel but its like Fort Knox, no-one goes in and no-one answers the intercom. A right mess.
