“Prompt delivery. Not used or washed yet. Seemed to be of decent quality. Just as shown in the pictures. Superking covers are expensive and these were a bargain price. I ordered 2 at the same time. I am more than happy with my purchase and will look at JustLinen in the future, along with other sites in the group 🙂”

“Ordered 6 duvet cover sets. But colours and quality were not what I was after with the exception of one Christy's set which is absolutely perfect for the room. It's also a beautiful quality and at a good price. Two of the others were also top quality but they had beige backgrounds as opposed to white which I much prefer so I have returned those today along with the three that were very inexpensive but not the quality that I wanted. Yes you do get what you pay for and Dawson's did discount the one that I really liked and will keep. The returns policy is excellent too and I will definitely buy my bedding from this company in the future. A quick phone call and I had a return label and the box of duvets are now on their way back. I used my local Post Office to return this heavy box and the cost was very reasonable. So if you are looking for an excellent service Dawson's Just Linen is the place to buy it from. Thank you for a lovely experience Dawson's.”

“We're returning customers. There was a problem with this order in that clicking on the item on the website put a different one in the basket, which I didn't spot until I'd placed the order. This was resolved the same morning, via email, by a real person, over the Christmas break, so the wrong item was not shipped!! The measure of a truly good supplier is how problems that inevitably crop up now and again are dealt with. The correct item arrived. This was a superb example of a business responding to its customers and providing an exemplary service, and of course, we shall return.”
