“My friend is absolutely delighted with her quilt cover and sheets. She loves all the flowers adorning the cover and feels she is a meadow surrounded by them. Absolutely beautiful. “We're returning customers. There was a problem with this order in that clicking on the item on the website put a different one in the basket, which I didn't spot until I'd placed the order. This was resolved the same morning, via email, by a real person, over the Christmas break, so the wrong item was not shipped!! The measure of a truly good supplier is how problems that inevitably crop up now and again are dealt with. The correct item arrived. This was a superb example of a business responding to its customers and providing an exemplary service, and of course, we shall return.”
