“Bedding was as stated in description and picture on website. I had been after this duvet cover for a long time and other places were sold out. Visited this website by chance and will revisit. Great website and arrived earlier than expected.”

“My two coverless duvets have arrived and I am delighted with the look and feel of them. At the moment I have no reservations other than to see how they look and respond to the first washing machine and drying cycle. If that goes well I will be very happy with my purchase. The coverless duvet saves a lot of hassle changing, washing, ironing covers which is what prompted the change. I bought two double 4.5 duvets. I would like a 10 tog kingsize one for winter but according to information on the site a bigger washing machine capacity than I currently have is required.”

“Excellent service with prompt and secure delivery of well packaged goods. The disappointment was in the quality of the towels, I feel i paid for a name rather than a quality - my own fault I ordered in a hurry and didn't check the gsm, these don't feel like 550GSM , probably same quality as some supermarket towes. My adice would be to get a much greater GSM. Personally I wouldn't buy these ones again. These comments apply to all the towels I bought from the serene collection.”
