“I'm really happy with my experience so far. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was efficient, and Kyle in customer service was very helpful. The prices were also reasonable for the quality of the windows and door I ordered. Since I haven't received or installed the windows and door yet, this review is purely based on the online ordering phase. I'm looking forward to updating my review once they're in place and I can comment on the quality and installation!”

“Quick and easy to select the features required. However, it was not clear to me how to delete a full specification, but that's probably just me. Also, it was by chance that I came across the installation tutorial. Perhaps that could be made more prominent as it was a help to me.”

“Ordered 2 double glazed units, they have arrived and are good quality units. I wasn't in any hurry for the units and the first one was delivered in roughly 2 weeks, the second larger unit was delivered 2 weeks later. I did have to contact them to check the second unit was still on it's way. Overall happy with the quality and value of the products .”
