“I am Wanting a door and you have quoted. But we are still looking for installers and all the names you sent , ion our having paid £50, do not instal doors they have not made. Could you send contacts for those who will install you doors? Also you keep sending emails which is really annoying- could you only send emails directly relating to my order Thank you”

“Price is good, can’t comment on delivery or quality as they haven’t arrived yet. I found the online ordering a pain but I’m not good with these things.. I will say it made sure I didn’t place an order for something I didn’t want so that was good If I order from this company again I will find it easier to navigate online ordering system”

“Ordering & assistance on the phone was easy and informative. However, I’ve only ordered the door and don’t expect delivery for a few weeks so at this point I’m unable to comment on product quality.”

“Ordering gets a 5 star but now I've paid for the patio door and front door 5 days ago. I haven't got a clue when they are being delivered so not very happy as just doors have had my money but no delivery date”

“To be honest. I ordered from just value doors as the website stated current delivery times were 1-2weeks. Had an email today to say it would be 4weeks. I can’t comment on the quality of the product until they arrive”

“The initial team who installed the doors and windows were quite poor, completing the installation over two separate days many weeks apart. An upstairs window soon cracked and the front door wasn't installed at all satisfactorily. Thankfully, this was all remedied promptly, once reported by someone far more competent and we've had no major issues with the products in the time since.”

“web site fine and customer service responsive - just waiting to see how the doors are when they arrive - the bifolds are more like 6 weeks wait time - will see if doors wait time is different.”

“Unfortunately we managed to order the windows without taking into account the sills, as we thought they were included in the purchase. The windows seem solid, but I am still trying to find someone to fit them - would be useful if you had a network of fitters to support your product”
