Avoid. We ordered a window for which we were told prior to placing the order that the delivery date would be in 2 to 3 weeks. After placing the order, I was given a 4 week delivery date which then got changed to a further 3 weeks. No one bothered to inform us and we accidentally found by just logging. Customer service was really poor (no empathy) and told we don't have an option but to wait. Can't cancel either.

Aluminium front door and side lights. The front door has a frame into which a door panel is fitted made by a different company. This panel is very poorly made and my first one delaminated within a few months. The next two were delivered oversize and also showed signs of delaminating. The wood core is now swollen so much that the panes in the door let the weather into the house. I am no longer able to speak to anyone in the office and Nick is not ringing me back despite several pleas. As the door was faulty within six months of receipt I will be claiming a full refund under the consumer credit act. Avoid this company

Firstly the Wait time to have the door made is around a month. I have paid £70 for delivery even though I am around 20 miles from their warehouse. I work mon-Friday and requested a weekend delivery or any time after 4pm on Monday-Friday since they deliver until 7pm. Even though delivery is a month away I was told they can’t do either of my requests. I now have to take a day off work which I cannot afford since someone tried to break in ruining my door. I Should have paid a little extra and got the door from b&q.

The clue is in the name- Value. Please do not make the same mistake. This lot are an absolute shambles. If you do want to go with the price then pay on credit card as after month so being messed around I fortunately have section 75 to fall back on and claim for our doors where the paint started peeling off in weeks! Their answer is to let magician come and fix it. Give them a google- I dare you! They ruined something else for us prior to this experience and had I looked at their reviews I wouldn't have let them anywhere near our house! Just value doors have no other option apparently. It took them 8 weeks to figure that out- that pretty much sums up the competency level of the individuals. These guys are typical window and doors sales- lovely til you part with the cash then bury their heads in the sand. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Delivery took far longer than stated when order was placed and then arrived incomplete. Repeated calls to the aftersales team have been ignored. I'm now going to have to contact my credit card provider for a refund of the £3300 paid.

Having previously purchased from this company and wanting to continue to support local business we placed an order for patio doors. Sadly upon fitting the doors on a weekend it was realised the wrong glass retaining trims were sent as we upgraded to triple glazing when ordering and the doors were sent with double glazing trims, therefore the glass couldn't be fitted, we immediately went in store on Monday and provided proof of the issue. The mess up is due to the manufacturers , however the aftercare and communication since has been terrible. We have been left with huge doors without glass which isn't weather tight, with temperature dropping my house has been left freezing cold, I'm an OAP and this simply isn't good enough. I have constantly chased for almost 2 weeks now with no updates, I was told they were dispatched however no courier of tracking information could be provided and they haven't arrived so they haven't been sent ,I have been left totally in the dark, no emotion or caring has been shown. I would therefore not recommend this company. I have purchased brand new doors which can't be finished and just totally abandoned. The replacement beads are costly to purchase myself and I simply can't afford it. However if I have no choice I will be going to the ombudsman or small claims court to seek reimbursement.

Absolutely terrible. Door 'frame and door' minus door panel arrived. waiting on panel, now two weeks later. still no confirmation date. Also, when ordering, NO WHERE does it say that you need to install the panel to complete the door, so I now have to risk damaging the trim on the door to install the panel, if that ever arrives.

Panels are delivered separately for various reasons, but mainly to allow for easier installation, toe and heeling and it means the product is a lighter weight for transport and handling. There should be no reason for any damage to the 'trims', as the bead is designed to be removed for this purpose, much like glazing a window frame. If you’re thinking of buying from these then DONT! Triple glazed units had marks on the inside pane from manufacture, company said they would replace faulty units, I’ve waited 3 months and still no replacements, now refusing to answer my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Damaged window, glass scratched, trickle vent not fitted into window surround, it came as an add on, the company never told me this, (deceitful) staff rude and blackmailing if you don't send info exactly what they want, they close the case.

Service has been from start to finish, was given an order date after waiting over 10days of ordering OK except but told any time between 7 till 7 so waited in for over 12hrs no order no phone call. E. mailed no answer called 3 time's told I would get delivery in another 10 days and would give me delivery money back as an apology didn't happen, when window did arrive its has wrong space bar .sent another email and still no response.

Customer service was appalling. Our windows were delivered late and in dribs and drabs. But the main issue was the wrong trickle vents / seals were sent so we could not complete the installation. We chased these items on multiple occasions and if we managed to get through, we were repeatedly fobbed off with false promises of dispatch etc. When we eventually received the vents / seals, our builders had left site so we have spent the whole winter with drafts throughout the house. I would never use this company again and recommend they are avoided, regardless of the price.

I ordered two windows in mid-October, four days later I receive an automated email stating that delivery would take 8 weeks (mid-December). Delivery information on the website states two weeks for stock items and four weeks for non-stock items. I wasn't happy about the 8-week delivery timeframe, so I called them immediately and asked to cancel but was told it was too late to cancel. It is now mid December and I just received a new automated email stating that the windows won't be delivered for another 4 weeks (mid-January)! That will be 3 months total delivery time for UPVC widows. Completely unacceptable. These are standard windows, nothing too fancy, they are anthracite black/ grey which is one of the standard colours on their website. I am guessing that these products are made in China and then shipped to the UK, which is why it takes so long for delivery. If the website was honest with the delivery times, I would have purchased somewhere else. I guess we will have no windows for Christmas then, not happy at all.
