“Absolutely terrible. Door 'frame and door' minus door panel arrived. waiting on panel, now two weeks later. still no confirmation date. Also, when ordering, NO WHERE does it say that you need to install the panel to complete the door, so I now have to risk damaging the trim on the door to install the panel, if that ever arrives.”

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you have been provided delivery updates, I apologise if these were not sufficiently clear and I will pass your feedback along to the relevant team for review. Panels are delivered separately for various reasons, but mainly to allow for easier installation, toe and heeling and it means the product is a lighter weight for transport and handling. There should be no reason for any damage to the 'trims', as the bead is designed to be removed for this purpose, much like glazing a window frame. “Excellent customer service from Kyle dealing with me extra stressing from Our house build The window was delivered on time excellent condition the only little minor thing I have to say is the delivery drivers attitude needs to learn some nice customer manners m! And not to say we can’t put it in your door in the rain ? we have to leave it outside they didn’t get a £50 tip I had left for them! But other than that excellent and I will be ordering more windows shortly from Kyle x”

“If you’re thinking of buying from these then DONT! Triple glazed units had marks on the inside pane from manufacture, company said they would replace faulty units, I’ve waited 3 months and still no replacements, now refusing to answer my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“As a customer, we hunted high and low and checked a lot of companies for the best deal, and by far....just value doors stood out as the main contender, so we put a plan together.. and as easy as ordering a food delivery, we had customised our door and had it on its way in now time. I have just installed it into my dad's house and it's perfect..infact it's beautiful, brilliant construction and easy to fit. Will definitely highly recommend just value doors to anyone.”

It is disheartening to hear that there were marks on the inside pane and that the replacement process has been significantly delayed. We understand how important it is to have timely and effective communication, and are sorry for any lack of response you have experienced. The replacement units were regrettably delivered to an incorrect depot and this is the cause for the delay on this occasion, however the units are being transferred to the correct depot for onward delivery to yourself.
