“The ordering process is very easy. Since we live on the Isle of Wight, logistics is not so easy! However, there is someone in the office who can help you make decisions. In our case, after a phone-call and an e-mail, we decided to have the bi-fold door (to a new extension) made slightly smaller in order to fit into a hired van and collect ourselves (negating our fear of damage due to double-handling at the port)”
