Hi Monica, You placed your order yourself online and therefore supplied your own data. This information, as I'm sure you can appreciate, is required to process and deliver your order. I'd like to stress that at no point have we 'stolen' your data. I would guess the reasons for the 'tons of emails' is because you have not yet viewed and accepted your delivery date, and so you will receive one email per day reminding you to do this. “Don't recommend for delivery to building sites. We were there and don't normally have problems with deliveries, but are now being charge a redelivery charge of £58.”

Hi Nik, We attempted to deliver your order on the previously advised date and there was nobody present. The driver tried calling a number of times when they arrived at the address, the calls unfortunately were not answered. The delivery photos taken by the driver show that the site was empty. On this occasion therefore, a redelivery fee was regrettably necessary. Kind Regards Just Value Doors We're all about making it easier to order new doors and windows

“This is the first time i have we have used just value doors and if i am being honest i wish i new about them years ago online order system was supper easy and was delivery ahead of time and the product its self was one of the best i have used , i will be back”

“The order process was thorough, and explained the additional options very clear. The additional guides especially the measurement guide was very good and helped measure the door frame accurately. We found the website user friendly and accommodated our exact needs for our door. This is a 5 star experience. we ordered our door without too much of a hassle. Thank you”
