“On-line order process was very straightforward and guidance clear and helpful. Delivery charge very high for a single item, but would seem reasonable for a large order.”

“Very disappointed with the after sales service, no trims initially supplied with French Door and windows, only to be told they are unable to supply the trims retrospectively, go and buy them from a Builders Merchant. Sales was excellent with no issues.”

“Problem with order but charley sorted and was very helpfull Guy who took order should have chased sigh off as no attachment on email”

“Excellent user friendly ordering system, with lots of information on all the various product options available, of which there are plenty to fit almost any need. I found the options around thermal upgrade and the information around it very helpful indeed. All the information that I needed was at the click of a button and set out so clearly., I was very impressed. We use lots of online product ordering systems, and this has by far been one of the best.”

“I’ve Ordered a UPVC window which is expected in approx two weeks. The process was quick and efficient and the guys in the sales team were very helpful in answering a few questions that we had, we hope to order more in the short term.”
