“Just created new order having used you before. I was ordering double glazing units. If ordering more than 1 of different sizes but one of the dimensions is the same, the web order for requires you to re-enter BOTH numbers. This is not quite intuitive but I worked it out. Otherwise, you're the best.”

“Customer service was appalling. Our windows were delivered late and in dribs and drabs. But the main issue was the wrong trickle vents / seals were sent so we could not complete the installation. We chased these items on multiple occasions and if we managed to get through, we were repeatedly fobbed off with false promises of dispatch etc. When we eventually received the vents / seals, our builders had left site so we have spent the whole winter with drafts throughout the house. I would never use this company again and recommend they are avoided, regardless of the price.”
