“No real issues, but could do with more information about what is being ordered. Configuration page should include a pdf technical spec which includes the profiles and full drawings with measurements, and there is no way to add extra information into the order. Apart from that, ok”

Hi Glenn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Feedback like yours is essential for us to continue improving the service and products we offer. Our 'Downloads' page on our website contains PDF files showcasing a lot of detail regarding the products we sell, including profiles and cross sections. We also have an 'Additional Notes' box when checking out online or our sales team can always assist with extra information or requests. We will look to see if we can make both the Downloads and Additional Notes sections more obvious, to avoid future confusion - perhaps, as you suggested, on the configuration page. “Easy to navigate, and all the main information is there, but would be helpful if there was a full spec of the window being considered, with a formal drawing. Also - It would be good if the online form included an 'other information we might need' box as there is no way of passing other useful bits of information as part of the order.”

“Despite the ease of ordering through email and on the slick website. The product was delayed beyond the original dates I was told. When the product arrived, it was a completely different product to what was ordered through email and the quality of the product delivered is very poor. I would not recommend this company for their quality, timelines or customer service.”

When a customer wishes to proceed with a quote supplied to them by our sales team, they must always sign it off - this then allows customers to check the specification in full before the order enters production. Your order was signed off by yourself before entering production and the order was delivered to the specification that you had signed off. The lead time for the product you have ordered is 1 - 2 weeks and this is displayed on our website. Your order is due to deliver 8th August, which will be 2 weeks and 2 days from when you placed your order. “Currently, my opinion of Just Value Doors is quite poor. They have allowed me to purchase a door through their website but only now have they told me that they are unable to make the door I would like in the size I have asked for. The door type I have asked for and the size are options on their website, I haven't asked for anything unique. It's quite frustrating as if I knew I couldn't purchase my order I may have looked elsewhere.”

I've had a look into your order this morning and can see that we have contacted you to advise that unfortunately the panel in the lower half you selected is regrettably unable to be supplied to suit the doors height. The sizes you provide at the time of ordering are the overall sizes and we can manufacture the door to your desired dimensions. The issue is only with the panel design for the lower half of the door and I can see that we have given you options for an alternative panel design. I know you are currently discussing these options with our order processing team, so please do get back in touch with them if you have any questions or concerns. I of course apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, we are looking at our website to make sure the panel designs offered and the sizes they are available in are up to date and accurate.
