“No real issues, but could do with more information about what is being ordered. Configuration page should include a pdf technical spec which includes the profiles and full drawings with measurements, and there is no way to add extra information into the order. Apart from that, ok”

Hi Glenn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Feedback like yours is essential for us to continue improving the service and products we offer. Our 'Downloads' page on our website contains PDF files showcasing a lot of detail regarding the products we sell, including profiles and cross sections. We also have an 'Additional Notes' box when checking out online or our sales team can always assist with extra information or requests. We will look to see if we can make both the Downloads and Additional Notes sections more obvious, to avoid future confusion - perhaps, as you suggested, on the configuration page.
