“Damaged window, glass scratched, trickle vent not fitted into window surround, it came as an add on, the company never told me this, (deceitful) staff rude and blackmailing if you don't send info exactly what they want, they close the case.”

Hi Dean. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. The trickle vent on your window is included in an add-on at the top, as shown in the drawings provided on our website and during customisation. “Jason was very professional and extremely thorough with my order for b i-fold doors and what i needed for my project, he checked in and didn't rush me and made sure we had all the measurements correct time and time again to ensure that the door was exactly as it needs to be, Just value doors has a high value service at great prices and would highly recommend, i will 100% be coming back for my lantern and velux windows!!!!!”

The email you sent in on Friday evening has been picked up today and is being looked into, however the window has been supplied at the correct size and with a trickle vent. “Service has been from start to finish, was given an order date after waiting over 10days of ordering OK except but told any time between 7 till 7 so waited in for over 12hrs no order no phone call. E. mailed no answer called 3 time's told I would get delivery in another 10 days and would give me delivery money back as an apology didn't happen, when window did arrive its has wrong space bar .sent another email and still no response.”
