“I have a medical condition that makes insurance expensive, and Just Travel Cover was much cheaper than other insurance providers. I had a problem ordering online but their friendly telephone support person finished my purchase for me.”

“Dreadful unrealistic Premiums demanded. Originally I was quoted the equivalent of £1.70 per hour (!) for a five day cruise. When I was realised that the ship we were on would be visiting the Faroes for approximately 6hours (I will remain on ship) they demanded an additional £40 for each hour the ship would be in Torshaven. Are these people real. Premium demanded far exceded the insurance risks. I may have to cancel now.”

Whilst we understand there was very minimal time being spent in the Faroe Islands, adding this destination does increase the overall risk to the insurer as you'd now be travelling outside of UK waters during your cruise.
