“Shampoo and Conditioner is fantastic, my hair feels lovely and smells great. However, a free gift should have been with my order, it was impossible to find the selection for it, there was no voucher code and it didn't arrive with parcel. Disappointing for a 1st time customer”

“A really great service and quick delivery. Good price for the SP shampoo and conditioner. My only criticism is the large amount of bubble wrap used in the postage. I appreciate the bottles need protecting in transit, but maybe a box would be better than bubble wrap and a bag”
