“Order arrived with entire 500ml bottle of the spray leaked inside of the parcel, EMPTY BOTTLE. I took a video of unwrapping as the whole parcel was wet and smelt like rosemary. The wrist bands were falling apart in fluffs, sewn terribly. Contacted them nearly 2 weeks ago, they replied offering me 10% of my NEXT ORDER…. are you kidding me? There will NEVER be a next order. I insisted they send me replacement but never heard back.”

“I've ordered twice from Justmylook and i was well surprised because not only do they have certain you can't find in the UK or in shops, they do some amazing deals. I ordered from Catrice (i always do) and for Black Friday they had 3 products (full size) for free when you spend a certain amount which were amazing. I always love the deals they do and also i love how they wrap the products to make sure they do not get damaged in the process. So far my experience has been very good and i will continue purchasing from them.”

“i am so so disappointed as it been over 3 weeks and i still have not received my order, i have emailed just my look 3 times all on seperate emails and not once have they got back to me, however they are emailing me to ask how i enjoyed their product even tho i have not received it”

“Still waiting for my delivery of the items which I ordered over 2 weeks ago? Contacted customer service, who acknowledged my email and advised that custoner service would look onto it..I am still awaiting a reply. One of the items I ordered increased in price at the checkout, when I queried with customer service I was told it had to do with sterling exchange..however all the other items didn't increase in price at checkout. Very disappointed, regret placing my order.”

“Its been the worst experince so far - after placing the order on DEC 3rd and having received the confirmation with the note that Fedex delivery will be with me in 3-5 days - we are now in DEC 19th and there is no package, no response to over 5 messages to customer service, no phone available to call anyone... Im sitting tight hoping my Christmas present will still make it by Christmas, but i would never buy from this site again. Tetyana”
