“Overall I had a good experience buying on their website. I didn’t give the 5 starts because there’s a little thing you could do to improve the experience of buying online. Good range of brands and products, prices are just unbeatable, good promotions plus free delivery that’s important when you need a little thing so you do not end up buying unnecessary stuff just to reach the minimum amount to get free delivery. Only thing I would improve is giving the tracking number directly when order is dispatched. I couldn’t find it on the order details through my account either, so I wrote to customer service and after a few hours I got from them the tracking number. So everything fine. I would just put it on the order details so it is easier to track your parcel. I recommend the site and surely I will keep buying from them!”

“Ordered some face coverings, they arrived on time and are good quality - I’d Not feel confident reordering in future as on reflection the contact details don’t look too user friendly in that I couldn’t find a contact phone number and the contact email address seemed to be unrecognised.”

“Took a chance ordering my hair dryer from this site, as came in cheaper than all others and I was delighted when it came, it’s perfect works like it should, would definitely order again ! Thanks a million. Delivery took about 5 days to Ireland”

“The biotin and Apple cider conditioner has been used a few times to my satisfaction. It gives a nice finish and lovely to use. Can recommend this, as I have very fine hair so cannot use ordinary conditioners.”

“I have only tried my eyebrow mascara once, but it did the job! I think if I were to use it without any other make up for the four applications advised that it would work and tint my eyebrows properly, but I put it on last after having put my make up on, so when I removed it at bedtime the eyebrow colour came off too. The shade of colour is excellent.”

“Justmylook are excellent value for money - espexially as delivery is free. The only let down is not having a confirmation email when I have ordered something. I ended up ordering it twice as it did not show on my recent ordersstraight away either. This is something I have fed back to customer services.”
