“Delighted to be able to find a discontinued L’Occitane hand cream here. I’ve been trying to find it for a while, so was very pleased. The ordering and payment process was simple and it arrived quickly. More than satisfied, though sadly I think it’s no longer available!”

“Everything is good except for one thing, I paid 5 pounds for two orders to get them on the same day before 2 pm and the orders arrived after three or four days, I did not like this at all and I did not receive a response from customer service or email. I was very sad, even if the shipping cost was returned to me. The prices and products are excellent, but the service is very bad. Thank you.”

“Not impressed the bottle came defective (missing the cap and markings on the glass) and the batch date indicates it is nearly 2 years old which causes the poor quality of the scent. I have smelt this before and a fresh bottle smells great, however, it is clear that they are selling old and defective stock which was not mention in the listing. Very disappointed.”
