“Never again and I will tell everyone I know! Sadly Very bad experience. I tried to contact you many times but no response from anyone!! I didn't receive my purchase because there was a mistake in the shipping address and now someone that I don't know has my purchase. I just want a refund or reship the item!!! Is that too hard to understand??”
