“I came across this site while I was browsing prices were very good so decided to give it ago but nervous with not having used it before reviews were good so i chanced it my order was a few days later than I thought but living in Northern Ireland that isn't surprising just 2 days later plus it was a weekend parcel arrived on the Monday everything was packed well was pleased with my products will definitely use here again without any worries”

“Never shopping with JustMyLook again. I ordered something and decided it wasn’t for me in the end so asked to return which they approved to which I had to pay for myself as per their policy. It was brand new not used and repackaged in the original packaging and sent back. This was in September and we have managed to get to a new month and still NO REFUND (£269). Tracking shows they received my item but they didn’t even contact me to let me know they’ve received it I had to chase them up with several emails to which they are now not responding. I’ve sent 6 emails in total and resorted to going on their chat function to find out what’s going on and they apologised and said a member of staff would contact me by the end of the day yesterday to process the refund. It’s now the next day and in the afternoon and still nothing! I also emailed them last night and again, my emails are being annoyed. Never had such an experience with a company before and I see why their prices are slightly cheaper as clearly something dodgy is going on here. But ignoring me won’t stop me from getting my money back! I’ve already contacted PayPal and raised a dispute. Such a good thing I got tracking or I know they probably would have claimed that they didn’t receive the parcel!”

Hello, Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear that. We've looked into this and can confirm as per our terms, all returns must be made in a brand new, unused and sealed condition. Upon review the returns team noted that the hygiene/security sealed twist ties have been removed and replaced suggesting signs of use. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return once the hygiene seal has been broken due to health and hygiene concerns. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Justmylook x

“My item was out of stock at first but Justmylook emailed me as soon as stock arrived I ordered straight away I had prompt delivery & my parcel was very well packaged & I wouldn't hesitate to order anything in future”

“I hoped I found the perfect bundle in a good price here but this quickly turned out bad when package came. 1 out of 3 items missing due to stock shortage, should have been refunded but no refund untill now and no one seems to be answering my emails about it so very unhappy definitely don't recommend just my look”
