“Hi, unfortunately my order arrived damaged, I have emailed but not heard back. I have always been impressed with your company in the passed and assume that it was an unfortunate oversize that my bronzer was not protected during postage. Please could you get back to me with details on how to return the broken bronzer and replace it with new as I require this now.”
