“Don’t buy anything off this company if you think you may want to return it as they use any excuse to NOT give you a refund and it takes them weeks to get round to dealing with your enquiry!!! I certainly won't shop with them again.”

“Bad service. I received the Wow Dream Cocktail instead of the Fanola No Yellow Shampoo I ordered. I reached out to cusomter support, I got a reply to say they would investigate what happened, but since then I've heard nothing & have followed up several times. It's an easy situation to fix but they have gone silent. Very disappointing.”

“SBC products are always excellent. Why did you have to use so much sellotape? It made the packaging totally unrecyclable. Cardboard boxes are much better for the environment.”

“I ordered on the 9th of January, they sent out the wrong item compared to the image I ordered online and its now the 22nd of January and I still haven't been told that I can return the item for my refund yet. I've been handled by an AI chat bot also rather than actual people. Their communication is abysmal and everytime they just say that they have a sale on so have a higher than normal volume of complaints. Avoid.”
