First time shopping with Justmylook ,and in these times of scams which i have been this year, it took some time to decide to place an order. Item arrived damaged took 3 weeks to get a replacement, no one answering or replying to emails, just a computer AI reply

I've been asked to review this order 3 times already, unfortunately I still have no received it. I've sent numerous emails and it has left thei warehouse on 6th December. Today being the 20th still no sign of it and it contains christmas presents

Started,went downhill when 1 of the goods sent wrong.Took from 7 to 10 to tell how to return goods. To late to send back to get back for Xmas,no confidence in company to sort out.Ijust left it as it was.

My order was not delivered on time, I kept on receiving emails that my order had been delivered which made me to be so frustrated. I had to lodge a complaint in customer service that I have not received my order. It was just a lot, customer service replied and said they will do follow up on my order as it is marked delivered but I should not reply to their email as that may delay the process. That made me feel alone and not supported, there was no one willing to be my support system and give me answers of all the questions I had. Few days later it was delivered by post office. I did not deserve to go such emotional breakdown before I receive my order, worse it was my first time using your service
