“I was the sent the wrong item. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service who just ignore me. Would definitely avoid. Do make the matter even worse they are now not accepting the return item saying it’s being used, unable to provide evidence of this. No stuff my item which is not what I ordered and not even then same gender perfume. Disgusting customer service”

“Im still waiting for my products which went to the wrong address. This was not Just my looks fault but the problem was they were impossible to contact to rectify it. I realised what had happened as I pressed confirm and from that point tried everything to reach them. No response for 5 days when the goods were over 400 miles away.”

“**AVOID** Absolutely shocking customer services. Two weeks for leaking products to arrive that I paid for on next day delivery. Still no response from customer services. Avoid at all costs use Sephora or a decent company instead. I won’t ever use there services again and after speaking with other past customers I am not alone.”

“Re: order #J25985372 I made this order on 4th January which still has not been shipped. I have chased this up 3 times with customer services and each time have received a generic email back to say that I should wait another business day. It has now been 17 days and the order still has not shipped and I have not had a meaningful reply to any of my emails over the past 2 weeks of chasing this up. I used to order frequently from this company and loved it but the customer service is extremely poor. I will no longer be ordering from here again.”
