“Nicely packed, delivered on time. I have made 3 separate orders in total. First time I had made 2 seperete orders with 2 different products and recived 2 parcels but in each of them were egaxtly the same product so I have made third order and this time have received correct item.”

“I am part way through my first box, I was feeling tired all the time, and read online that magnesium could help, to be honest I do not feel quite so tired, I purchased a further 2 boxes, they were on sale, so a good buy, goods received really quickly and well packaged, will continue to use Justmylook, really happy with them.”

“I love this product, my hair is long and dry but this heated brush gave my hair a soft and silky finish. My hair is usually flat but Can now achieve a nice lift with a bounce.”

“I have scored this 4 star instead of 5 only because a mistake was made on my first order. I had ordered 3 high end products and unfortunately was sent 2 completely different items. After going on to Live Chat, I was sent a returns label which I printed and used instantly to sent the items back. Unfortunately I did have to chase up whether the items had arrived, several times - sending photographic proof of my returns label. Once the return had been processed I got an email telling me that my original order was now on its way. I also received emails with shipping details. The items arrived well packaged & I am very happy with them. My experience wouldn’t stop me using the company again as I’m sure it was a one-off.”

“Been using this product for two weeks now. I see some improvement but it takes its time. Would be helpful if it states that on the product package. Otherwise very happy with delivery time etc.”
