“I ordered some hair products and the company dispatched the incorrect items which I returned immediately . The process of trying to get the company to acknowledge their mistake and resend the correct order was truly appalling ,impersonal and frustrating. I have finally received the correct items but will not use the company again .”

“Didn’t receive 1 item out of my order which is a Christmas present, have emailed and got an automatic response to say query being looked at, received a reply telling me they’ll investigate and still nothing ! Waiting on a refund as requested but nothing yet unfortunately:( disappointed ☹️”

“The rating is due to the customer service, wasn’t good at all. I ordered for a product, product was not delivered, I contacted to report a missing product and I was told that product was sold out. Why wasn’t I told before shipment that it was sold out????!!!!”

“I missed out on black Friday sales elsewhere and then saw Justmylook still had offers on the prodcuts I wanted to by. I had never heard of the site before and was a bit skeptical, but I can say the orders came super quickly and my email regarding despatch was responded to quickly.”

“Quick delivery and good selection of products as reasonable prices. As a side note some of the products don't have any plastic sealers( like mascara, blushes) which did made me wonder if they are genuine? I will however order from them again.”

“Is this a joke? Another email requesting me to rate my experience. I recently rated my experience badly on trust pilot due to this very issue. Numerous emails asking me to rate my experience when I still have not received my products that were ordered weeks ago and the only contact from your company after me sending numerous emails to quesy my order was a response after my review. Please stop asking me to rate my experience when it is quite clear I have no good response.”
