“Ordered as it was cheaper and in stock and then still waiting for items now 9 days later and no one could moan about the delivery as this was not there fault this time I should of just used amazon”

“I am kicking myself that I tried to save £1 by using Justmylook over their competitors. Delivery was slow and when it did arrive it was not my order. I had to arrange for their mistake to be fixed by sorting out the return. I then had to wait until they receive this return before they will send out my actual order. Their tracking info says my order is fulfilled and despite numerous chats with the online support team I still don’t have a clue when my order will be delivered. It’s been 14 days so far for something I could have had within 24 hours for £1 more from their competitors. I can’t see me ever using this company again”

“This is my first order I’m extremely unhappy about. I normally receive my goods within 2 days, but 1 week later I’m still waiting to receive my order. Very miffed as I’ve just highly recommended Just My Look to friends, and one of which, has ordered hundreds of pounds worth of goods. Very upset”
