“I can definitely say worst experience buying from you, dealing with order issues is a major problem. I have made several attempts to inform you of my order issues and I am being told to arrange a return. The fact that I am being asked for a review after all my attempts to get my order and after already sending a review says a lot. It is all Ai generated and very poor customer service.”

“I mistakenly bought the wrong size of a perfume. I returned it immediately it was delivered but I am yet to get a refund. In fact, each time I track it, it’s still at Royal Mail depot as Justmylook asked them to hold onto it. Bad customer service.”
