“Unfortunately had missing items in my order. Disappointedly after many emails I have been told they are satisfied they sent the items so I have to just accept that I have paid for items I do not have. I am very unhappy.”

“I’ve used this company for over 10 years buying hair/skin products, unfortunately was sent an off bottle of YSL libre intense. I spoke to one of the customer service team and they replied saying that there is nothing they can do as they’re not the supplier however they were the company that sold me the product so it was their responsibility. They then offered for me to send it back to be checked, I have just been sent the bottle back that is faulty with no explanation/review. Honestly gutted because I’ve never had an issue but this is my first experience with their customer service team and it’s absolutely shocking. Will never be ordering from them again.”

“Beware after the adverse reaction I suffered (migranes, dizziness, nausea) I don't believe that the Issey Miyake Eau de toilette was genuine. I contacted Just my look customer services and it was not resolved and refused to issue refund!”
