“Fast delivery, however no tracking information at all was provided on dispatch by email (sent through Royal Mail next day). Although I am extremely lucky to have a reception who will sign for my parcels for me, most do not have this luxury and need the tracking numbers to plan ahead for deliveries.”

“Cannot fault your service but it is annoying that Re The Ordinary you are so often out of stock, resulting in my having to purchase elsewhere, something I would prefer not to do. I understand that this could be due to the popularity of items, but would hope you are aware of this by now and order accordingly.”

“Our daughter recommended a brand of hair curlers for my Wife and suggested I look at JustMyLook as they often had the best price for that brand. Being a little sceptical as I'd never heard of JustMyLook, I found they were indeed the least expensive on the web (not always a reason to buy from a retailer) and the site reviews were pretty good - so I chose to give them a go. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was, as soon as I had ordered I noted a statement on the website stating they were experiencing heavy demand around the Black Friday period, which could lead to delays in despatch and delivery - this was indeed the case, with the Curlers arriving a couple of weeks after order. However, they did arrive and they achieved the desired effect when given as a present on Christmas Day! Not used as yet, though I have no reason to believe they will not provide the anticipated results.”

“Placing an order was pretty simple and quick, the order was possessed but no update received for ages, I received item well packed with no damage, however even as expected due to Christmas delivery took a long time to come, even thou it stated 48hr postage”
