“I received the wrong item… I returned it and have been told because I opened the packaging it is classed as being used… I have not used any … so they are returning the item to me & I don’t get the item I want! Just an item I won’t use!”

“Normally I like Just My Look, but this time I bought 7 Bomb Cosmetics boxes as Christmas gifts, and one of them was in such bad shape that I can’t use it. It has scratches on the packaging of the gift - and even bite marks, as if someone had used their mouth to help when packing the boxes to ship. It is really inconvenient too, as I am one present short now for my work colleagues.”
