“I don't normally write reviews but this one is deserved. I placed an order on 17th July 2024 and I received it on 21st July. One of the items I ordered was incorrect, I emailed customer service and the misery started from there. While I understand mistakes happen, it is in the after care where the true nature of the company comes out. I was emailed back with an apology and I was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item. I replied with the photo and I was then sent another apology email asking me to send it back then I will get my replacement once they receive it back. Why do I have to wait until they receive my item back for them to send a replacement? I didn't make the mistake. They issued me a returns label. The item was only around £10, a company with high end customer service would have just said keep the item and we will send the correct item as a way of an apology. But no, so I did what they asked and struggled to package the item as it was a large 5L bottle of washing up liquid. I also then wasted my time by having to go to the post office, find parking and post the item back. Two months later I have not received an email or a replacement. Also contacting Just My Look is a pain. When I log into my account and click on 'Customer Services' on the left, you are given a phone number to call. When I called the number you are greeted with a message saying the phone service is not available and to use the online chat. When I click on help at the top of the Just My Look website I cannot for the life of me find where the online chat button is, and I am checking within the given customer care opening hours. I do not receommend Just My Look and I don't think I will shop here again.”
