“Communication has been really poor … a week on and I’m still waiting for my items, despite advertising before 6pm same day dispatch. I’ve had little useful updates or communication. Seems to be all AI generated. I’ve used Justmylook many times and it’s all been seamless … unfortunately when you have a problem it becomes a nightmare to resolve. Justmylook - you need to do better on your customer service”

“Very pleased with the rosehip oil for my face. It's not heavy on, and feel lovely. I put bit 4 cream on top of this. Rosemary oil also feels food, this for my scalp and smells lovely. Castor oil feels great, this is for my lashes. I would recommend.”
