“I have placed several orders before always been fine. My last order was missing an item, I emailed to advise with photos on 04/02 since then despite completing contact forms/sending emails I have received NO response other than automated email to confirm receipt. I want a refund or the missing item please! I cannot believe this is terrible customer service and NO resolution! Looking through previous reviews everyone says the same NO response whatsoever!!”

“Love the alfaparf shampoo & conditioner set and I will never not buy the oil now because my hair looks so shiny!! Wasn’t the quickest delivery. Was supposed to be with 48hrs and ok a lot longer but it’s fine it’s just shampoo”
