“I do not recommend shopping with this company. I purchased a Babydissa hair clipper, which did not meet my expectations. The clipper was very heavy, and the power switch worked with a delay – after sliding the lever, it takes some time for the machine to turn on, which is inconvenient for regular use. I reported the issue to the company, but my complaint was rejected, even though I believe the product is faulty. The company also refused to accept the return, citing the fact that the packaging had been opened, despite the fact that I had to open it to test the product. The entire complaint process was unpleasant, and the company seems uninterested in customer satisfaction. I warn others against shopping with this company – poor customer service and issues with returns are just some of the difficulties you may encounter.”

Hello Anna, Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear that. We've looked into this and can see that our customer care team have reached out to advise that a full faults inspection has been carried out on the unit keeping in mind the issue raised by yourself and no fault could be found with the item, it performed as advised by the manufacturer. As the unit has been used we are also unable to accept a return as “unwanted”. Due to this the unit was returned to yourself free of charge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Justmylook x
