“I love my products, good prices too so thank you for that. I didn’t award 5 stars because I contacted customer service and I was completely ignored. My parcel was marked as delivered but it didn’t arrive, it came a few days later so luckily I had no issue in the end but I’m not convinced JustMyLook would have replied even if it didn’t arrive at all but I’ll never know now!”
