“When my order arrived a bottle of nail varnish was broken. Thankfully other items weren’t affected. I contacted Customer Services and they resolved the issue by offering me a replacement or refund. All without quibble and with no delay. Very satisfied with Justmylook and their Customer Service team.”

“I bought shampoo from Justmylook. It is one I have used for years and they were selling at a reasonable price. It arrived very promptly so I can recommend the service. The shampoo is Moisture Me Rich, not cheap but goes a long way and it very kind to the scalp.”

“The brush is great as all Wet Brushes are. A good idea to colour in the brush. Kept my daughter busy for hours but it does come off so not sure if the markers are great. Also it came wrapped in an excessive amount of bubble wrap which I would understand for a fragile item but you need to be more environmentally friendly.”
