“I recently bought some conditioner but it was returned by accident. I read alot of reviews saying that when there had been problems their e-mail had been ignored. I was worried that this was the case, when I didn't hear back from them. I have now heard back from them & they have resent the product. They have always delivered promptly in the past & have competitive prices.”
