“Usually find them the lowest prices for quality products. But a little disappointed as I was prompted to order when there was an offer of a free gift , this didn't arrive with items ordered and on top of this the items I ordered went down in price the next week when there was no free gift. I shall be very careful next time. But other than that little grievance I find them an excellent company with good delivery rates and times.”

“Always good products at amazing prices. My go to when I’m looking to restock or buy something new. Lots of good offers and postage is reasonable too. My only complaint is, there’s so much bubble wrap used! I would like to see Just My Look becoming more sustainable soon 😊”

“When my order eventually turned up -2 days late only 1 item out of 2 was in the box with no explanation after going back and forth to try to find out what was happening i was informed the item was out of stock and they would refund me!!! I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't chased the missing item what a very poor customer service, I will think long and hard before ordering with you again especially as it was cheaper on another website.”
