“Really disappointed with the customer service ordered an item 9th December which was a gift should of arrived with 48hrs absolutely no support only just acknowledged for a refund yesterday 31st December I’ve never known customer service like it any other store in the uk would deal with this is 7-10 days first time dealing with customer service on this site usually orders are fulfilled but really disappointed this time with the lack of communication”
