“I be ordered , 100ml ma take Paris starry night perfume and a ysl libre refill. The refill was ok. The 100ml montale Paris came sealed and when opened I realised the content of the bottle was 50ml or less . I immediately reached out to customer service and till now they refused to rectify this.”

“Far from good experience. Online description of product omitted important information which I read on the information leaflet enclosed with the product. It meant I could not use the product. I was refused a refund and product returned to me which is useless to me. I am out of pocket by £39.95 plus my postage sending it back. I would never buy anything from them again nor would I recommend them.”

“Unfortunately had missing items in my order. Disappointedly after many emails I have been told they are satisfied they sent the items so I have to just accept that I have paid for items I do not have. I am very unhappy.”
