“I placed my order on 02.12.2024. Today is 14.12.2024 and I still haven't received my package. Unable to track the parcel. Completely disappointed in Justmylook. Will not order again from this company in the future.”

“The address came up wrong when I put it through so I sent three emails telling customer service it was the wrong address and put my address down and it was still sent to Birmingham address,I put a complaint in and got told they would send it on if returned,basically I’ve lost the money so no -100000 to customer services”

“Terrible experience ordered a perfume for my mum for Xmas, they put the incorrect address on the parcel. I waited in all morning for the parcel to be delivered. To then track the parcel and be told by Royal Mail they were returning it back to the sender as the postman could not work out the address. Never had this problem with anything before. I order a lot online and there is no problem with my address. It will now take 18 days to be sent back to the company and I will not receive the perfume . They do not answer any of my emails . Terrible customer service”
