“Item purchased for a gift arrived damaged. Contacted customer services who offered me 10% off my next order which I declined. Requested a return and refund but not heard anything from them despite a follow up email asking how I go about returning the item. Not really good enough in this day and age.”

“Is this a joke? Another email requesting me to rate my experience. I recently rated my experience badly on trust pilot due to this very issue. Numerous emails asking me to rate my experience when I still have not received my products that were ordered weeks ago and the only contact from your company after me sending numerous emails to quesy my order was a response after my review. Please stop asking me to rate my experience when it is quite clear I have no good response.”
