“My product was affordable however I did not like having to pay 2.99 for delivery. The product did come a little late but I believe that was the Royal Mails fault and not Justmylook. They sell good quality products for a good and affordable price. I am satisfied with the product.”

“Very good turnaround and value products. I rated 2/5 because 1) I could not find a telephone number for customer service, so had to email for support, which was inefficient. The responder did not actually answer my question. They just stated what I already knew, which was that Royal Mail claimed to have left the parcel in the bin. The next day, I double checked the paypal address and realised that I had typed the wrong house number and emailed you to advise that I'd located the parcel, which had been left in a bin across the street. 2) My £130 parcel was sent without requiring a signature and consequently left by Royal Mail in a dustbin despite making no instruction that this was a safe place, which it absolutely wasn't. Obviously, this was Royal Mail's stupidity but I would expect you to have used a signed for service, given the value 3) The problem would have been avoided, if you had stated the delivery address on the email order confirmation. I would have seen the typo. I only realised I had made the mistake by looking at the payment in paypal because the royal mail photo showed a bin next to a hedge, when we do not have one.”

“Hi there Well it arrived on time but the downside was when I open the parcel the lid was loose and it had lost about a quarter of the contents. I am a bit worried because I will need to order some more shortly but afraid the same thing my happen again Regards Ray”
