“Shocking customer service. No response to my 3 emails. No offer of product replacement. No refund issued. Nuxe glass bottle delivered wrapped up in a bubble wrap and cheap plastic bag. Wrong packaging for this product obviously as bottle arrived broken and the oil was leaking through the packaging. Lack of common sense and professionalism. Will never use them again.”

“Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered a product on next day delivery, didn't show up for a week. Emailed customer services countless times, no offer to look into the lost parcel, no compensation for late delivery of a birthday present. Requested numerous times for complaints details but my request was ignored. Tried to get the information via resolver but because resolver encrypt your email address then refused to look into my complaint. I would never shop with you again. Terribly disgusting customer service.”

“Absoutley terrible experience. I will never be purchasing from here ever again. I ordered a Olpex Gift Set and it was leaking on arrival. I sent an email with pictures. After 6 emails I have not had a response as yet. They have totally ignored my emails and have not provideed me with a solution. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND NON EXISTANT. DO NOT PURCSHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Item came damaged I sent 2 emails over the period of 10days and no response. When I finally contacted them a 3rd time I was offered 10% off my next purchase. The item was a Xmas present which cannot be given damaged. I won’t be purchasing anything more to use the 10% discount. Not impressed with this company at all.”
