“I haven’t yet received my order which was ordered over 2 weeks ago now. I emailed customer service twice and sent a DM on Instagram. I received an automated reply to my first, and received no reply to my second email or the Instagram DM. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.”

“No stars from me I bought a Shark hairdryer I opened the box to view the item but never used it as my husband had got me one as a surprise. I returned it but they sent it back and would not refund me. They said as the seal was broken it was a health and safety issue which I find stupid as I didn't even take the item out of the box. I complained and asked them to reconsider but I didn't even get a reply so I now have two brand new very expensive hairdryers. So my advice don't buy from this company”
