“First purchase and very satisfied overall. Products were dispatched promptly, arrived fast and prices were much cheaper than other retailers. The only thing is that I tried contacting them on their social media prior to purchasing and received no reply despite reminders and weeks passed so that's why the 4 star rating as opposed to 5.”

“I love this website, it's been a real gem during this pandemic. The only thing that it doesn't get stars for is it's delivery - I have sent parcels 2nd class across the country that have reached their destination quicker than the delivery. It's fine because I've never needed anything within 48hours but just be aware, you are unlikely to get what you order in 2 days!”

“Very quick, efficient service and delivery. Item well packaged for its protection. Despite this the box was slightly damaged, which I suspect had happened before it was packed. In this instance this didn’t matter too much, but caused the 4 rather than 5 star rating.”

“Great service although it should state on your website that if you select special delivery when placing an order on a Friday that it won’t arrive until the Monday. That was disappointing. Otherwise great shopping experience.”
