Unfortunately not the best experience sold out of stock product then had to chase for refund as they didn’t refund automatically which is bizarre as they new it was out of stock ! And couldn’t say if they were getting back in stock !

My parcel arrived and the more expensive product was not in the parcel. I contacted them several times and have had no luck in receiving my missing item. Would never use again!!!

Items arrived 5 days later than it said it would arrive by. When expressing my concerns, no customer service available, only an AI bot giving a generic response. Would not reorder, could’ve got my order elsewhere with faster delivery and actual customer service assistants

The product I received was a 'new and improved' version of the product which it was not advertised as on the site but in reality it is an entirely different product that does not work for sensitive skin.

Very poor: The perfume didn't reflect the true scent of its original. I complained, but my concern was not taken seriously. The QR Code didn't scan .

They have every brand I want with much lower prices than other websites. And you can automatically get upgraded to next day shipping if you spend a certain amount. Amazing!

Awful, sent the wrong item...simple.mistake is not a problem but asked to return and be sent the correct item and NOTHING. Completely ignored every email and chat sent to them. No contact number so I'm stuck out of pocket with an item no use to me. Nice stuff and good prices but the worse customer service I've ever experienced!

Received an incorrect item in my order and contacted customer services. Got an AI reply saying sorry and no actual human has been in touch with me to correct the mistake over a week later. Yes they have good prices but I'm not sure this company is worth the hassle.
