“Unfortunately not the best experience sold out of stock product then had to chase for refund as they didn’t refund automatically which is bizarre as they new it was out of stock ! And couldn’t say if they were getting back in stock !”

“Items arrived 5 days later than it said it would arrive by. When expressing my concerns, no customer service available, only an AI bot giving a generic response. Would not reorder, could’ve got my order elsewhere with faster delivery and actual customer service assistants”

“Awful, sent the wrong item...simple.mistake is not a problem but asked to return and be sent the correct item and NOTHING. Completely ignored every email and chat sent to them. No contact number so I'm stuck out of pocket with an item no use to me. Nice stuff and good prices but the worse customer service I've ever experienced!”
