“Took a bit longer to arrive due it being Christmas time (completely understandable) and customer service weren’t much help as I couldn’t locate or track it and it was lost for a couple of days. Was bought as a Christmas present so needed it asap and it finally arrived on Christmas Eve. But overall happy with my purchase”

“The Milkshake product doesn't feel like a genuine product and has left my hair dry and fizzy, which I've not experienced before when I've bought from source. Their reply was that they buy from trusted suppliers and 'Occasionally, products may vary slightly in texture due to adjustments in ingredients made by the manufacture.' My experiecnce hasn't been good, although delivery was good.”
