“I ordered an item as a gift and after 7 days I chased to see where it was… no reply but an AI Bot… then chased again, no reply… 12 days later I was advised it was out of stock and I’d be refunded… still not got the refund either! I’ve ordered from here before and was happy with the service I got. However, after this experience and lack of communication I won’t be ordering again.”
