“I ordered 2 separate parcels containing: root boost spray, hairspray, mens stick deodorants x 2, Bed head shampoo & separate conditioner for highlighted hair, & 2 rough pastes to style my hair post drying. Good quality products, and value for money. I will be returning to this website when I require more if the same products.”

“I paid for next day delivery and a week later my items haven’t been shipped. When I contacted justmylook I was told that it was because one of the items was out of stock. Surely they should ship the items that are in stock and if it’s out of stock it should say that on the website!”

“I have received 4 items from them, and 2 of them did not have lids on them; I have emailed them and notified them 3 times, and they just keep on ignoring the situation and saying that they will look into it, but nothing is done about it. I am very disappointed”
