“Had exactly what I was looking for ,babyliss pro hairdryer in beautiful lilac silk colour. Was a very good price .I paid a small charge for next day delivery . Arrived promptly and no damage.”

“The experience was very disappointing , I placed an order and noticed that I have added my old address literally with next 2 min from placing my order I have contacted customer service to inform them about the mistake. Bear in mind on website there isn’t live chat ,when you place an order you can’t do changes . After I received tracker I have change the Royal Mail for collection instead delivery , they have send email with confirmation that this has been changed for me and still deliver to my old place . After two days customer service got back saying that they can’t do anything and it’s too late . Of course after two days you won’t be able help , no solution has been offer either.Not recommend!!!!”

“You couldn’t have provided a better service! My shampoo and conditioner were despatched really quickly, and they were properly packaged so there was so damage to the bottles, no spillages and no horrible sticky tape to peel off. Really impressed - I would absolutely buy from you again.”
