“I’ve been using Just My Look for a couple of years and have always returned as their prices were so good. I made my usual ‘Christmas presents’ order, and two items arrived damaged. Customer services have been very slow to arrange a replacement (16 days and counting and still no sign!) so it hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas. Bit of a shame as has put a dampener on my experience!”

“Sent wrong item. Took 8 days to respond to my emails/webchats/paypal case. Very poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from you again. Received the correct product from Amazon in time for Christmas”

“I ordered a wax melter and some wax melts for my niece for Christmas. Only the wax melts arrived and the burner was refunded without explanation. I assume it was out of stock but there was no email communication regarding this. I have since sourced the exact same burner elsewhere, at a cheaper price. So all in all not a brilliant first experience I’m afraid”

“Very poor customer service. My order came damaged and I'm still waiting to hear whether a replacement is being sent and if you want the damaged one sending back to you. If you're sending perfume your packing/despatch team need to ensure you write FRAGILE all over it. Sorry, but I won't be ordering from you again.”
