“Love Justmylook website as it's very very easy to navigate & find what I want well before I realise I do actually need it 🤣🤣 Have a fantastic choice & range of items. The search function is great. Bit disappointed you now have to spend over £30 for free delivery, especially for well established customers. Hope it reverts back after Christmas. I will still continue to browse very happily”

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. “I placed my order on the 6th of December thinking I had plenty of time as its a Christmas present I still haven't received it yet and I'm afraid at this stage I won't receive it I do appreciate it's a busy time of year but it says it only takes 3-5 days for delivery I thought it would be well here by now it would definitely deter me from ordering from your company again Regards Suzanne Lawless”
