“Ordered some aftershave for next day delivery in time for Christmas and my order was shipped very quickly and delivered on time. Price couldn’t be beaten online or on the high street. Very happy customer - thank you”

“I bought a 100ml One million eau de perfume for man and it is not smelling like it. It contains a lot of alcohol, you can smell it and it leave it red marks on skin from the alcohol. The smell goes away in 1h and is not strong at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed after being charged £72 for this perfume. Buy it from the shop directly, I don’t think they sell originals here.”

“The perfume was great value, however on the 23rd December I ordered it because it said on their website. (If you order by 2:00 you're guaranteed on the 24th Dec)*, so I purchased the perfume just because of this reason.. Not very happy cuz it never turned up and it turns on the Friday.. so I had to go out and get my brother something else.. Okay, you can blame the post office but also you can blame the company that put me this guarantee on their website to entice you to quickly buy it.. I do believe the company should offer me a bit of compensation but haven't got back to me!”

“Order with Guaranteed Christmas eve delivery. Did automatic address selection. They miss off company name. Royalmail lost it and then found it but wouldn't redelivery it. Had to collect it 10 days later! Email justmylook everyday with no response. Won't use them again”

“Terrible experience ordered 4 items and only received 3, after being told someone would be in touch (which they did not) and constantly hounding them, they finally said they had investigated and all items were sent, I immediately asked how the investigation was carried out, that was a week ago and I have had no correspondence. Contacted my bank to do a claim but they can only do full refunds, sent an email to the CEO. Would NEVER use again SCAMMERS”
